Instruction Manual for Anti-erosion Series Globe Valves
I. Purpose The valve is primarily installed on water and steam pipelines as an on-off device (such as for steam turbines, boiler drains, regular boiler blowdown valves, and desuperheating water main valves). In the drainage systems of thermal power plants, most currently use domestic ordinary valves or imported valves. Due to the structure of these valves, the valve core and seat are subject to erosion from high-temperature and high-pressure fluids for extended periods, resulting in rapid wear and tear, which can cause the valve to close inconsistently, leading to internal leakage issues in the drainage system. In view of this, our company has developed a specialized valve that can solve the internal leakage problem - the anti-erosion globe valve.

III. Brief description of structure:
1. When high-pressure medium enters the valve, it first undergoes sufficient pressure reduction and noise release in the valve cage, so that the fluid will not erode the sealing surfaces of the valve core and seat, thus achieving a scour-free effect. By moving the valve disc up and down, the flow rate of the valve can be arbitrarily adjusted, making it adjustable.
2. High temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and erosion resistance are achieved by using high-quality stainless steel for the main components. The sealing parts of the valve core and valve seat are specially processed using a build-up welding technique with stellite hard alloy, and the build-up welding layer on the sealing surface is not less than 2.5mm.
3. The valve disc and the valve cage are in contact without generating friction, and the valve cage is positioned vertically, which ensures that the valve closes tightly without leakage and opens flexibly without any clamping stagnation.
4. The valve stem and valve disc adopt a flexible structure, which can adjust issues such as scratching and leakage caused by misalignment of the valve stem during the manufacturing process.
5. The surface of the valve stem has undergone corrosion-resistant nitriding treatment, resulting in excellent rigidity, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
6. The packing material is flexible graphite with nickel wire added inside, which is soft and wear-resistant, and will not scratch the valve stem.
