Working principle and structural description: For this series of valves, when the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the valve disc descends to cut off the passage, indicating closure. When the handwheel is rotated counterclockwise, the valve disc ascends, indicating opening.
1. The connection at both ends of the valve adopts flange end or overlay welding end structure, which shall be specified by the user in the order.
2. This series of valves adopts a packing seal structure, with the packing being the internationally commonly used flexible graphite composite packing.
3. The conventional operation mode of this series of valves is handwheel or bevel gear device. Users can also choose to use electric devices, hydraulic actuators, or pneumatic actuators that are compatible with them. 04. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of alloy steel or cobalt-based hard alloy by overlay welding, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, and has good scratch resistance, ensuring a long service life.
Before installing the valve, carefully check whether the valve markings are consistent with the usage requirements, and ensure that the flow direction of the medium is only consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body.
Before installation, the valve passage and sealing surface should be inspected. If there is any dirt attached, it should be cleaned in time.
Before installation, carefully check whether the manual device operates flexibly and if there is any jamming.
5. Precautions for maintenance, care, and use: 1. Valves should be stored indoors in a dry and ventilated area, with both ends of the valve blocked.
2. Valves stored for a long time should be inspected regularly to remove any contaminants. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the sealing surface to prevent any damage to it.
Before installation, carefully check whether the valve markings are consistent with the usage requirements.
4. Before installation, the valve's internal cavity and sealing surface should be inspected. If there is any dirt, it should be wiped clean with a cleaning cloth.
5. Valves should be inspected regularly after use, focusing on the sealing surfaces of the main pipeline and bypass. If they are damaged or fail, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.
