The above details include pressure and caliber dimensions. These dimensions are designed according to standards or forged or cast according to user requirements. Materials can be provided as per user needs. The selection of valve body and internal components materials is determined based on the usage conditions of pressure and temperature

Purpose and performance specifications: "High-temperature and high-pressure power station gate valves", also known as power station-specific valves, are primarily suitable for use on pipelines in various systems of thermal power stations, to cut off or connect pipeline media. Applicable media: non-corrosive media such as water and steam.
The characteristics of power station valves compared to other valve products are high temperature and high pressure, as well as a unique self-sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing. Due to the performance and technical characteristics, as well as the special operating conditions, the product has developed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products.
The gate valve's opening and closing component is the gate plate, whose movement direction is perpendicular to the fluid flow direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened or fully closed, and cannot be used for adjustment or throttling. The gate plate has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used mode is for the two sealing surfaces of the gate valve to form a wedge shape, with the wedge angle varying depending on the valve parameters. The wedge gate valve's gate plate can be made as a single piece, called a rigid gate plate; it can also be made into a gate plate that can undergo slight deformation to improve its processability and compensate for deviations in the sealing surface angle during processing, and this type of gate plate is called an elastic gate plate. When the gate valve is closed, the sealing surface can rely solely on the medium pressure to seal, that is, the sealing surface of the gate plate is pressed against the valve seat on the other side by the medium pressure to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface. Most gate valves adopt forced sealing, that is, when the valve is closed, external force is used to forcibly press the gate plate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface.
Advantages: 1. The adoption of a straight-through structure with equal-diameter flow channels greatly reduces the flow resistance coefficient and energy loss, significantly improving the service life and performance of the valve.
 2. The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
 3. The sealing surface between the gate plate and the valve seat is made of hard alloy through build-up welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has good scratch resistance.
 4. The surface of the valve stem has undergone corrosion-resistant nitriding treatment, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and scratching.
 5. The structure of the opening and closing components can be designed into different forms such as single plate, double plate, parallel double plate, etc., according to user requirements.

Relevant standards for high-temperature and high-pressure power station gate valves include JBT 3595-2002 "Power Station Valves - General Requirements", JB/T 5263-2005 "Technical Conditions for Steel Castings of Power Station Valves", JB/T 4018 "Numbering Method for Types of Power Station Valves", DL 959-2005 "Guidelines for the Application of Safety Valves in Power Station Boilers", DLT 531-1994 "Technical Conditions for High-Temperature and High-Pressure Stop and Gate Valves in Power Stations", DLT 641-2005 "Electric Actuators for Power Station Valves", DLT 850-2004 "Power Station Piping", GB 10869 "Technical Conditions for Power Station Regulating Valves", and GBT 10868-2005 "Temperature and Pressure Reducing Valves in Power Stations"
The valves of this series should be installed vertically, but they can also be installed horizontally.
Maintenance, care, and usage precautions: 1. Valves should be stored indoors in a dry and well-ventilated area, with both ends of the valve blocked.
 2. Valves stored for a long time should be inspected regularly to remove contaminants. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the sealing surface to prevent damage to it.
Before installation, carefully check whether the valve markings are consistent with the usage requirements.
 4. Before installation, the inner cavity and sealing surface of the valve should be inspected. If there is any dirt, it should be wiped clean with a cleaning cloth.
 5. Valves should be inspected regularly after use, focusing on the sealing surfaces of the main pipeline and bypass. If they are damaged or fail, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.
