1、 Purpose:
Installed on steam and water pipelines as a safety device to automatically prevent medium backflow.
2、 Structural features:
The valve disc moves up and down inside the valve body, and when the medium flows back, the valve is automatically closed by the pressure of the medium.
The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welded. The sealing surface has high hardness, friction resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
The balance closing component plays a role in balancing the pressure between the middle chamber and the outlet end. When the valve is opened, the balance closing component will discharge a part of the pressure in the middle chamber to the outlet end for the valve disc to open. When the valve automatically closes, the pipeline back pressure at the outlet end automatically enters the middle chamber through the balance closing component to help the valve disc move down and close.
3、 Attention:
This valve can be installed at an oblique angle or horizontally.
Pay attention to the flow direction of the medium from bottom to top (positive flow).
During installation, there are four lifting rings on the valve body, and all four rings must be subjected to force simultaneously during lifting.
